Horrible experience since we signed the paperwork.. Bought a used car that would be promised to us the following day after the smell of smoke was removed. The car still smells like smoke and we waited a week to get it. We are happy with the car but we are waiting to get the tags after they have been expired for over a week. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this place again! After many sales and tag issues at the beginning occurring bc of employees leaving, I have now had my prius for 3 months now and the battery went bad and they will not replace it. Nothing has been done to the car to drain the battery and it randomly stops working. Once on the second day and once a few weeks later and most recently a week ago.
