They have poor communication they said they would call back they wont i went to another nissan to ask them to fix my nv200 it is less then 4weeks old they said they would do what ever it took to fix the problem unlike scott Clark all u get is run arounds with them i just want the nosie to go away i have a new nissan i called service sat they said to come bye i did monday morning to have it checked out again poor communication the master tech wasn't in on Monday morning now here i go again back and fourth to fix this tickung ... read more
Great experience all-around. They had the car I wanted and the price was great. Painless paperwork and warranty process, no pressure. I would highly recommend Scott Clark Nissan as the first place to go if you are looking for a new or used car.
Went in late on a Friday evening, right before closing, to schedule a time (hopefully over that weekend) to have my mirror replaced, not thinking it would be done that Friday. Ronald Taylor busted his butt to get it taken care of on the spot in about 15 minutes and even got the car washed in that time frame! Could not have asked for more friendlier and helpful customer service then that!

Took my vehicle in for regular service, they were friendly, quick and thorough. I figured i would be there a while, as it turns out, I was in and out very quickly. Great job guys.
