Don't bother trying to buy a car here. I have never dealt with a dealer that was so unwilling to negotiate price. They gave me a price, I responded the next day willing to buy the car. Their response was "that price was only good for yesterday." I wanted a white 2017 Maxima SL, with tinted windows. They wanted to charge me $600 more for the color and for the tint. I HATE trading cars, the last time I had to do it several years ago I walked on a lot pointed to the vehicle I could live with and left my husband there while I went and got my hair done. I didn't come back until I knew the haggling was over. So I was dreading yesterday when my husband drug me to Charlotte but what a pleasant surprise I was met with at Scott Clark!! Jimmy Huggins has worked several awesome deals for me and goes the extra mile for his customers. I always ask for him every time i trade. He is a nice guy, knowledgeable salesman and always gets me the numbers i want to hear unlike other dealerships. He got me an even lower rate this time and I'm driving a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra SV. I picked the color like always too...not the other way around. Be sire and ask for Jimmy if you want a killer deal.

If you are looking for a "typical used car dealership", this is the place for you! They make promises they do not keep and they do not respect their military customers. An SUV was purchased Feb. 18, 2017, with the agreement for floor mats, reimbursement for a broken tail light, and license plates to be mailed within 2 weeks. As of March 20, numerous phone calls, promises made....nothing. We were told repeatedly the past 10 days, "it is in the mail". The temp tags are now expired. This the absolute worst dealership in the country they scratched up my car and lied about it..everybody check your cars before u give it to them and after u get it back..

After already going to 2 other dealerships and many hrs spent on Saturday I ended up at Scott Clark, I had a wonderful experience. Donta was very helpful and helped my find the perfect car for me!
