My experience was stress free. This was the 3rd dealership in 2 days and the only one that understood my want and made it happen. I was able to get a 2017 for the same prices offered on 2015 at the other dealerships. Thank you Scott Clark

Me and my daughter was treated at the door which was amazing for buying her first car. She already knew what she wanted. When we went to go see the car, it wouldn't even start. We waiting in the sun until the guy could figure out what to do next. We stayed for about 2 hours to get situated. We went with an approved loan that they were able to fax to get the approval on Monday. Sure enough, they say they will speak to us on Monday and they sell the car. And you want us to come back??? Poor customer service at service department. Was spoken to very disrespectful. We have previously bought 5 cars from this dealership and will not be buying or servicing my car here again. Did not look into the electrical problems I have been having and my Nissan warrentee is almost up.
