The detailed exam
Was 15 min late due to a patient portal that was down leading to confusion over appt time.The rude receptionist said I would have to reschedule..even though the office waiting room was empty! Time to look for a new Dr!
Got me in on short notice today and still thoroughly checked everything out. Very professional and always explains everything in detail.
Dr. Carrizales not only examined, but also instructed me showing how his diagnoses were made. He clearly listened, and treated me with obvious compassion. He spent time with me, and I never felt he was rushing. More importantly, he treated me as an equal partner in my care, and never made me feel as if I was fortunate to benefit from his intelligence (which was obvious) and wisdom.
Well i saw 5 Dermatologists before I found A Very Good one, Dr Carrizales! And his Staff is EXCELLENT which I feel always reflects the Doctor.He knew exactly what I needed and I saw results within a couple of weeks from the FIRST VISIT! Compared to the others that couldn't figure it out! Dr. Carrizales saw me as an add-on for a terrible rash that didn't respond to treatment prescribed by urgent care. Shingles obviously won't respond to treatment for a big bite. Dr C & his staff got me in the day after I called describing my misery. The correct diagnosis & treatment plan made me feel better almost before getting my new medicine from the pharmacy.
