He was super informative and made sure we understood the process and how dusty the job would be. We decided to have the popcorn ceiling removed in our house. Our neighbor recommended Scott Brown Painting. Don Tucker came our and gave us an estimate and while he was here, he told us how dusty and dirty the job would be. The estimate was what we expected and they started the job the next Monday. First off, Tom was the first person I asked for a quote to respond and came out the next day to walk the house with us. A few days before starting, Tom brought their crew leader, Noah, to the house and we walked through and identified the paint finish in each room and got a plan together for the sequencing.
