Going to miss Dr. B I have a hard time making appts for my daughter. She has seen Dr.B for most of her life. And recently when I call to make an appt they direct me to the nurse and then I get a call back. I feel if I am calling to make an appt I would like my daughter to be seen not wait for a call back and told what to do over the phone. I feel that the professionalism has flown out the window here. Heartland Pediatrics I have been taking my children to Heartland Pediatrics to see Dr. Scott Bomgaars for the past 3 years. I would recommend him to anyone. He is a great doctor with a fantastic staff. For a childs doctor he does great communicating with them. He has a gentle quiet manner that puts them at ease. They have a nice big waiting room with books and a tv that plays cartoons all the time. They do a good job at keeping up with appointments and getting you in on time. But they do not rush you.
