I have been a patient of Dr Baron for 30 years and have nothing but praise for him! He is an excellent cardiologist! However, since he has moved over to Dignity Health it has been awful. I have had extreme problems with getting my important and necessary prescriptions filled. Pharmacy tries to contact them numerous times with no response or they respond with canceling the order. Have a wonderful long standing relationship with Dr. Baron! He has always been always on top of everything!
I have been seeing Dr Baron for nearly 20 years. He has been very thorough in my care, seeing me through around 6 (non-cardiovascular) surgeries. He invariably reviews my lab reports and medications with me and answers my questions. He has recently moved to a Mercy medical group, where I have seen him once. I was not impressed with the facilities or staff there, but that was only one visit and shortly after the move.
Absolutely outstanding! After two coronary angioplasties performed by him in 1987/88 I am still kicking at age 82. Dr “Scottie” really beamed me up. Thanks! Major G B Hosford, USAF, ret
May be a great doctor, but that is only if you see him. Generally I have either waiter 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, or rescheduled. after several years of delayed or rescheduled appointments, I found another cardiologist.
