I had a wonderful experience with Scott & Sons Plumbers. They were prompt, professional, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. Arranged for Scott and Sons to come and fix an issue with a blocked kitchen/laundry drain which was completed. At the same time, he cut a hole in a sewerage pipe under a bathroom toilet to put camera down to check for any further blockages. This was clear and he advised he would return the next day to close off the hole. This was 9 weeks ago now and even though I have sent 3 emails and finally had a callback after the first 2 emails with an apology and advice hat he would return that week to complete the job, it never happen... read more
