Everyone we dealt with in S&SPlumbers were highly professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly. Always responded to queries quickly, kept us informed and took the time to listen. On site they were quiet, quick, clean and did everything to a very high standard. Minor issues found after the job had finished were dealt with quickly with no fuss. The end result was fantastic. we will keep using and recommending them.
Doesn’t respect no junk mail signs
$1,490 for plunging a blocked trap! I have used these guys on other buildings but they seem to have gone downhill; the strata manager called them for a blocked pipe, which they cleared, but they then did a second visit to scope out a capital works upgrade without obtaining any owners corporation permission. Common property upgrades require a special resolution as there is no obligation on an owners corporation beyond repairing and maintaining common property. Very good explanation & execution of the toilet leak repair by Tony. He was on time both days & paid a lot of attention to detail in explaining the problem to me. Very happy with the service & his manner.
I recently had some issues with my plumbing and phoned Scott & Sons. Cannot speak high enough of the serviceman that attended. He certainly knows his work, fixed my issues (3) of them, and left my home spotless. I would certainly recommend Scott and Sons Plumbing.
