He did a surgical procedure about 5yrs ago on my left and now it’s my right shoulder. My left shoulder feels like brand new!!
I had arthroscopic and stem cell done on my knee. He was running late but I was told this up front. He was nice and personable answered all my questions. Staff was great as well. They called the next day to check up on me. I won’t know the results for several weeks.
Better off going to Mayo Clinic
Would make appointment to see Dr and it was always with PA who was very patronizing. Kept telling me shoulder was ok. Went to another Doctor and I had a piece of loose bone in my muscle.
Showed up over one hour LATE. Offered no apology for lateness nor explanation. Showed no empathy for situation AT ALL. Didn't help me off elevated exam table, knowing I was in a lot of pain. When I cried in frustration all he did was hand me a box of kleenex. No reassuring words offered. Very arrogant. Extremely poor bedside manner. Needs to be sent back to school to learn some people skills. Perhaps a good surgeon, but when face to face with an alert patient, leaves much to be desired.
