Doesn't take them all day & night to see you, now you might spend sometime after the diagnosis but that's all good. They treat you right with respect!!
I had out patient surgery today and the entire staff in out patient surgery was excellent .
RecommendedToday, Chris Thomas had a procedure completed by Dr. Lavigne at Laurinburg ENT Clinic. I felt like I took a trip back in time to when people were focused on customer service. Every single person that we encountered was pleasant, smiling, well-groomed and expressed concern for my husband. The Dr himself explained the procedure and answered all of our questions. He, himself, then offered us a "cup of coffee or bottle of water" while we waited. Courtesy, respect and kindness....rare!!! Please tell everyone you know!
My Testimony I have been living in N.C. since 1999 and was always told not to go to Scotland hospital. Many reasons were given and I figured everyone has lived here longer than they should know.
