Excellent service at this branch! Customer service was top notch. I was able to speak to an individual within one minute and an issue caused by another branch was resolved within minutes. The service rep even let me do a transaction after all was set up to make sure everything with my account was functional. Thank you to all that helped me, exemplary customer service!
cant make a cash withdrawal after 3, what's even the point of saying the tellers are open. waste of time, every day I have more regret choosing scotiabank as my bank. Hardly any ATM's and can't even get a roll of toonies for my laundry when I show up to the bank at 3:15 and they close at 5.
One teller available out of four available stations they have causing unnecessary delays for customers
