This will be my last visit to this branch. The staff are consistently rude, and having only one teller with a line nearly out the door is unacceptable. The hours are also very inconvenient. I’d rather take the extra time to go to the Clayton Park location, where the service is much better and customers are treated properly.

I am extremely dissatisfied with how this issue has been handled. Last Saturday, the ATM at your branch malfunctioned during a cash deposit. The machine kept part of my cash, rejected some bills, closed the deposit slot, and displayed an error. No funds were credited to my account. I reported this immediately to the CCC, yet no meaningful assistance was provided. It is difficult to understand how, during ATM balancing and processing, the extra cash was not identified, especially given that this issue was reported right away.... read more
