I am extremely dissatisfied with how this issue has been handled. Last Saturday, the ATM at your branch malfunctioned during a cash deposit. The machine kept part of my cash, rejected some bills, closed the deposit slot, and displayed an error. No funds were credited to my account. I reported this immediately to the CCC, yet no meaningful assistance was provided. We visited this branch to set up a profile, expecting a simple and quick process as our senior financial advisor had explained. We had an appointment with him for several matters, but since he is a virtual advisor, he requested that we visit the branch to verify our ID and create a profile before he could proceed. I visited this branch yesterday, and today I experienced an extremely disappointing interaction. The team appeared to lack trust in their customers, and I felt I was treated unfairly. Even after I provided my employer verification and my manager’s contact information, the staff did not seem to trust the information and chose to contact customer service directly.
