Could have given 0 stars, but that’s not the option available. Very rude and unprofessional staff, not willing to help. None of them have any idea about what they are doing, they require reassurance from one, still gets no where. Do need training.
Terrible service and they are sneakingly stealing money out of my account without authorization. They don't get back to you when calling them and only look forward on ripping you off on increasing service charges. Warning!!! Stay away from this Bank it's becoming very corrupt.
Useless idiots. Says teller service close at 3pm. But the bank is open until 5 pm. Last month i came in they said teller service close at 4 pm now they say it close at 3pm. No banks offer such service by closing their teller service early than the bank hours. I ll probably go with someother bank. Will not recommend anyone.
Worst branch ever. Came here twice but never got the work done. Staff don’t even smile.
