I can say only one thing…the junior level employees are really good working or trying to work. But manager specifically one lady is irritate most of the customers. I believe worst branch that i have seen… in canada if there is rating zero i will prefer that…

The representatives at the bank have zero to no knowledge about their product and services. They’re irate at their elderly customers. I’ll be closing my account, due to the representatives at this location specifically. They’re moving to lacewood drive but it will be the same staff to continue their path of terrible service. They also charge you for anything printed. TD and BMO offer better services, better bank fees, they have better perks, overall amazing customer service and after you have years of service they don’t just... read more
