I love to pay my bills with the tellers so I could Interact with them!
Chronically understaffed - today the teller left for awhile and there was NO ONE
Been to this bank many times as it is a convenient location. I'm sure this bank is great for those who need to meet with their many financial advisors, but it clearly does not want to go above and beyond for regular customers. The wait times for a teller can be very long. As a downtown bank, there are many clients with extra needs that take more time, but they rarely have more than one teller open.
