One of the worst customer service. I walked to the bank today 5th Aug, 2026 at about 10:30 AM. There were 3 tellers sitting and not a single customer. I requested them if I can get a change for $50 bill and they refused stating that I am not a ScotiaBank Customer. I told them that I am a customer of Tangerine which is a wholly-owned, independently operated digital subsidiary of Scotiabank and they still refused.
