My experience at Scotiabank inside Scotia Square Mall was extremely pleasant and professional. The bank opened right on time according to their schedule, which I really appreciate. From the moment I entered, the staff welcomed me warmly and maintained a positive and friendly attitude throughout my visit. They are closed when their hours indicate they would be open. Other business in the same building are open.
Long lines and despite me BOOKING an appointment in advance through calling, hoping that my concerns will be attended quicker, all they did was pass me along to another staff and then another and then another. All requiring me to fall back in line again and again. Very inefficient and unprofessional.
Very poor place these people don’t have staff to help there is huge line but only one person to help atleast 15 people and takes hours and hours and sometime they left without telling anything and come back after 10 min
I went to this branch today and "kyla"-an amazing customer friendly staff helped me. I had a problem with my credit score for a long time and went to several scotiabank branches to get a solution. They didn’t even try to help me, kept sending me to transunion customer service. When I called transunion they told me to contact bank. I was in that circle for more than one year.
