The "advisor" i had an appointment with wasted alot of time and couldn't even open a single chequing account After i did so myself online and called to get my card, she was extremely rude. Clearly incompetent and underqualified to be advising customers
Impossible to get through to anyone. I am working with this bank on behalf of someone else and am appalled at the lack of support.
I just went there to ask something today around 3:00 but one lady was serving one guy but she was continuously looking at me without no reason I was waiting to talk to someone she was busy then also she was looking at me she made me so uncomfertable.
This ad says the bank is open till four and it’s not. ITS CLOSED SATURDAYS thanks for making me waste an hour to drive downtown. Is it that hard to get a time right????
I don’t know why they love to waste people’s time. I was told my credit card will be available in two days. I went to pick it up after four days and it still wasn’t there. The teller told me that they are closed at 3pm today but their hours online said its open till 5pm. So i drove for 30 minutes just to have my time and has wasted because of their negligence! I would rather take my business to another bank than to be treated like this!
