My daughter has being stalked and management did nothing to assist her she is a single young adult with no family in Tucson and is there for school and they told her they can't do anything until something happens to her.

I enjoyed my time living @ Peaks at Redington, I had a beautiful unit and the location is very convenient. I however made some bad decisions and was evicted, and now owe money to the property. I would like to make amends and pay the balance however the civil court has no records. Please have someone contact me regarding the situation.

1-star Scotia Group is living up to its reputation both on here (1 star on BBB) and on Yelp (1 star on Yelp.) Do I really need to say anything else? Yes, I do... Disappointingly, 1-Star Scotia Group has sunk to depths I didn't think possible during the Corona virus pandemic: they are charging late rent fees to folks who have lost their income; excessive cleaning fees to folks who have moved out; and have threatened to ruin credit of tenants who are late paying their rent. Is it time for a Class Action Suit against them?

Ryan - we have worked with all of our residents that have been affected by COVID - we have waived late fees, taken payment arrangements that fit each residents needs, paid credit card fees and more. Horrific. They just started managing the complex at the beginning of Feb 2020. So far the only thing they are good at is making excuses why things can’t get done. Their go to excuse is to blame previous management. It is highly unprofessional to speak negatively about your predecessors, and to refuse to take responsibility for things that are currently within your control. One star is generous for this Property Management group, who continually fails to acknowledge and knowingly ignore my complaints as a tenant and concerns I have made about a property manager exhibiting aggressive and inappropriate behavior. Scotia Management Group, LLC downright should be sued multiple times for allowing their employees to abuse tenants and violate tenant rights. If I could give zero stars, I would. My family and I have been experiencing a roach infestation for 5 months now. Every couple of weeks they do another inspection, spray, fog etc. and nothing seems to be helping. We have tried breaking our lease or get some of our rent compensated for the unlivable conditions and management has not been willing to work with us. If I could give negative stars I would. ******* residential is the most shadiest place I have ever done business with in my life. They make up their own rules, they discriminate and they are bold face liars even when faced with hard facts. I wouldn't recommend anybody to live at ******* residential. The on site Management and Scotia Corporate Management has responded to his daily emails, calls and visits. I have lived at this community for 4.5 years, and up until Scotia purchased the property in August 2018, I really had no complaints. I love the neighborhood and the community. The staff was great! The moment Scotia showed up, things began going downhill. Even after making a complaint to the manager, maintenance would not leave a notice that they had been in your apartment.
