High prices for ***** Infestation and Refuse strewn all over property. Scotia group has no staff on property to attend to this hazardous apartment complex. Communication by phone and email yields to a dead end. No response back from management.

My daughter is a resident at ************************* which was taken over by Scotia. In the past this was a student complex, but when Scotia took over it became a traditional family complex. My daughters has lived here for 6 months and has 6 more to go. She was told by Scotia that she can live out her lease from the previous owner, but at the end of July she would need to renew under Scotia or move. ***** is definitely rude misleading and judgmental. Still I tried to continue as this was the property I wanted my kids to live at. But because she didnt like me she did very little to confirm my identity and deny me.

My sister got excited to move here to only have ***** judge and deny her because she didnt have a utility **** in her name. Which is never disclosed as required and wasted money during a pandemic nobody has. So thank you ***** for being so cold hearted during such a time.

I would put 0 stars if possible, but you need to give them a star rating, unfortunately.I lived here for 11 months out a one year lease, and the entire time I lived at the apartment complex owned by the Scotia Group management team, the unit I had was in poor condition and had a non functional thermostat. It was infested will bugs as well, I would encounter them in and outside of my unit. Other tenants would also complain about finding bugs through out the property. It was disgusting. Scotia is predatory. Their rental agreement with me listed a non-entity as a party. I would assume they do that with many, if not all of their rental agreements at all of their properties. I informed them of this and they did not address it with me. They may respond here and ask me to contact them, but I already have and I expect that if I contact them again they will do what they have almost always done - ignore me. This place has cockroaches. It’s taken the entirety of my lease and crying to the office manager for them to do anything. The office staff, Jasmine, is absolutely disrespectful and impatient. They don’t get maintenance done in a timely manner, and your complaints will go unheard. The laundry room is a constant mess, along with broken appliances. There is a constant smell of manure from the agricultural center around them which I understand is out of their control. I’ve even had neighbors approach me about said cockroach prob... read more

I would give it less than one star if I could. The owners of Campbell Ranch are horrible human beings. They don't care about their residents at all. I tis horrendous here. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I was informed that the Galeria de Coronado townhomes (Sierra Vista, AZ) was under this management company about 2 weeks after I moved in. I tried and thought I succeeded in making my rent payment through their lousy payment portal the day before it was due (September 30th). Apparently I fat fingered my account number. I received a phone call from the girl at the management office, who stayed on from the previous company, on October 22nd, notifying me that my rent was late. I told her I would take care of it.
