Saw Dr. Kadakia, the front desk lady that was helping everyone was so rude to everyone, like she hated her job and didn'twant to be there and we were an inconvenience to her.. Saw the Dr and I left the office at 4pm, he was suppose to send my prescription to my pharmacy and never did, couldn't sleep cuz of the pain that night, called his office again the next morning and they said we will send him a message, 3 hours later I call back and they say he has seen the message and has to fill it... There is a front desk women with red hair Spanish speaking extremely rude and angry acting badly with non Spanish clients.
This is a horrible organization. They have a huge contract with CalOptima so you’d think they would be more helpful but their whole organization has terrible reviews on Yelp of all the same complaints! •Can never get a hold of them on the phone. You’ll spend days trying. •I was early but still had to wait over an hour. •When I saw the X-ray technician (before the PT) he was very rude.
