This is a horrible organization. They have a huge contract with CalOptima so you’d think they would be more helpful but their whole organization has terrible reviews on Yelp of all the same complaints! •Can never get a hold of them on the phone. You’ll spend days trying. •I was early but still had to wait over an hour. •When I saw the X-ray technician (before the PT) he was very rude. Give them a minus 5. Do NOT go here. They treat patients like worthless dirt. Hard to get appt. Cancelled twice last minute. Almost impossible to reach by tele. Tele appt convoluted--spent whole day trying to get through to someone in charge. Convoluted tele appt did not work. No supervisor available. Exhausted. Making me sick !

I went for knee pain they said nothing is wrong after waiting for 2 hours and did not add any follow up but my pain got worse and worse
