Horrible Orthopedic unexperienced. He did not know what to do with my knee. He said he would consult another doctor and never got back with me. All he recommended was a full replacement when it needs a different type of surgery. I would never go here, especially if they are unexperienced and do not even know how to diagnose the issue. I got a second opinion and they knew exactly what to do. I would not rely on these orthopedics at all.
Probably one of the worst orthopedic appointments I have ever had. Dr. Kadakia was clearly in a hurry for his Friday to begin. He asked for no history, wasn’t interested in how the issue happened, and didn’t bother checking range of motion. Complete and utter lack of compassion or even interest in trying to help. Appointment was done in under 5 minutes. 100% a waste of time and money, and left me in pain and miserable. I went to Hoag Orthopedic and they were able to diagnose the issue as well as provide next steps.

I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience here was so frustrating that I feel obligated to warn others. The biggest issue was with the front desk staff, specifically Paige. The process felt unnecessarily complicated and poorly managed from the very beginning. My in-network doctor had already sent me to an in-network imaging center for X-rays less than a week before my appointment. Saw Dr. Kadakia, the front desk lady that was helping everyone was so rude to everyone, like she hated her job and didn'twant to be there and we were an inconvenience to her.. Saw the Dr and I left the office at 4pm, he was suppose to send my prescription to my pharmacy and never did, couldn't sleep cuz of the pain that night, called his office again the next morning and they said we will send him a message, 3 hours later I call back and they say he has seen the message and has to fill it...
