“Even though there was a long line of customers, the staff handled everything smoothly and professionally. They managed the queue efficiently, stayed patient with everyone, and clearly explained all the different choices without rushing. Their friendly attitude really stood out and made the wait feel much shorter. The food, as always, was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded expectations. Overall, I left very satisfied with both the service and the quality of the meal. Highly recommended!”
Really long wait times. Waiting 30 min still nothing. Staff are stretched thin. They clearly need more staff on a busy Saturday night. I feel bad for the workers...
Dined at Score Pizza last night. Started out by asking what was in the gluten free crust and the staff had no idea. Then we ordered our food. They forgot my chicken but did give me over a cup of cold chicken to put it on it. They did offer to remake it but that would have taken another 1/2 hr. The toppings I had were sparse, as were the rest of my families. It took 1/2 hr to get my pizza and my husband and kids took 45 minutes. I came here yesterday and there was quite a bit of rush, but honestly, the team handled it amazingly well. Even with a long line, the staff kept everything moving smoothly and stayed patient with everyone. They took the time to explain all the different choices, didn’t make anyone feel rushed, and still kept the vibe friendly. Really impressed with how well they managed the crowd and how organized everything was. Food excellent as always! Been here a couple of times and would highly recommend. Have been busy recently but despite the line of customers, the staff handled the crowd and queue very well. Staff explained about the different choices I could try. Really happy with the work! Keep up the good work!!
