My husband and I came in looking to upgrade from a 50cc Honda Metropolitan. We worked with Bob who was wonderful and patient. We walked out with a Genuine Buddy 125cc and a few accessories that they assembled and attached for us right there! Not to mention let us use a trailer to get it home since we're from out of state. Will go back again!
The people at Scooterville are second to none! Jonathan greets me by name even if it's been months since my last visit.
As a true newbie, I'm easy pickings. Scooterville has gone out of their way to save me money, teach me about the idiosyncrasies of my scooter, and been patient with my utter lack of knowledge. They are knowledgable, not pushy, and happy to help. Highly, highly recommended.
Went in for a helmet and they were very patient as my husband tried on every single one in order to find the perfect fit. They even recommended we go to Honda Town for duplicate keys for our Metropolitans. Nice folks.
I needed to find out what was wrong with my scooter, so we called in to see if we could get an estimate of what was wrong and how much it would cost. We brought the scooter in and were assured we wouldn't be charged. They gave us an estimate first of how much it would cost to fix it based off of what is typically wrong with other scooters. The staff at Scooterville did a GREAT job repairing my vintage Vespa and provide parts and service for my modern Kymco as well. Highly recomeneded.
