I don't recommend the service. When they worked on my scooter they did very poor service. I would recommend going anywhere but here
Support of my TNG scooter was non existent - two different contacts said they'd get back to me, crickets. I haven't been there in person for years - 2 or 3 times some a-hole always tried to start a conversation with me, not sure if he's a relative or what as he was just standing there. Unprompted he told me my scooter was basically junk, the scooter I bought from Scooterville. Thanks, buddy. Frankly I'm annoyed they are still in business. Must not be a lot of alternatives. RecommendedGood service, Amazing Selection, Wonderful Staff. We have purchased all of our scooters from Scooterville, we store them at Scooterville and have them serviced there - No Complaints whatsoever!!!!!

Bought my scooter from Jonathan. Kid loves it!!! Could not get finance, so paid cash. But this staff is GREAT and they worked woth me to make my kids day. Awesome place.
