I hate to leave bad reviews but this isn’t my first time having a negative experience at this particular location. Ordered a Maple Carmelicious latte with almond milk and said I want the whip. She hands it to me with no whip. Told her I wanted the whip. She gave me the dirtiest annoyed look and slammed the window shut and put whip on. Came here today 8-15-26 about 2. We pulled up I placed my order and the response was extremely loud laughter and carelessness. She asked for my order again, and word for word a 2nd time I asked for a Large Carmalicious Expersso over night ice with an extra shot of espresso and again got another response of loud laughter followed by her asking me if I would like that hot. This was the most awful experience at scooters I have EVER had. The baristas did not make my drink correct at all because first off they didn’t even put whipped cream on it and then she put the wrong lid on it so when I put my straw inside, the drink exploded all over my car because it was carbonated and I got my car all sticky. Doesn’t actually open at the time they say, more like whenever they feel like it, 6:05/6:10 even 6:15 once so I will go to another location that knows how to tell time
