The people that work here are always very nice. Drink quality varies, I usually get a smoothie & sometimes it doesn’t have as much flavor as other times. My only complaint is that there’s a lot of times that you can’t order from the app. The only reason I have it is to earn rewards etc & it seems that when there’s a big promotion the app is turned off. If I can’t order from the app I usually don’t go at all so I’m betting they lose a lot of sales because of it. It’s extremely frustrating!
Great drinks and great deals on the app. But if you want honey they keep it in the sun which kills all the good properties in it ..
Today was the worst experience I've had at this location, and totally changed the course of my afternoon. Usually everyone is kind and accommodating, but the blonde girl working there was so rude for no reason at all. The cashier rang me up for $11 and some change, then the blonde walks up changes something at the register and it raises the price to $13 something for a medium and a large drink.
