RecommendedOn Saturday November 9, my daughter and I decided to get a coffee from Scooter’s , when we pulled there was a long line on both sides. When we got to the window, ( which was maybe 5 minute wait) the barista was very pleasant and explained that she was the only one there that day because someone did not show up for work. She took our order and got us our drinks in a timely manner, the whole time she was busy but had a smile on her face!! RecommendedMy go-to coffee shop when frequently visiting Kearney from out of state. Staff is always smiling and warm when we pull up to the window. You can tell that there is care put into every cup with management that cares about quality. Looking forward to my next visit!
obviously they don't care about their employees. fired a girl for losing her uncle in a horrible car accident and she called to let them know she mentally couldn't work. I love scooters. but I will now go somewhere else because I absolutely do not stand for this. especially since I know this girls uncle and he was a wonderful human!
Staff does not care about their own employees. How do you expect a business to care about a customer when they don’t even care about their own employees? I hope the Scooters in Kearney lose business for not respecting mental health days.
They don’t seem to care about their employees. Rude and not an ounce of humanity. Claims employees no call no show when in fact they did call to explain why they couldn’t go into work that day. (An very understandable reason)

Love this location!! But today’s wait was 9 min with only 2 cars ahead of me. I’ve never waited that long unless it was 7am and super busy. It’s 10am now.
