Scooters is the best restaurant to go have a great meal and have a good time. Staff is absolutely amazing. I love it at Scooters!
We were told we didn't have reservations when we went in at 5:00pm, and would have to wait to "put our order in" because the kitchen was swamped. We waited for 40 minutes just for appetizers. It's kind of ridiculous considering the restaurant was only half full. The food was okay (seafood was seriously over cooked), yet the service is seriously lacking. Bad management altogether. Second time at the restaurant and we brought a friend with us and was telling her how great the place was. We walked in with our reservations and got seated right away. That was the best part of the night. I am usually in this area a lot, and each time I visit I always make sure to stop in here ! The food is wonderful. The service is exceptional. The staff is always so accommodating and full of smiles! I ordered the cheesesteak egg rolls for my app and the Tuscan parm penne for my entrée, both of which came out so fast ! The pasta was cooked to perfection! The waitress I had was so friendly too! My boyfriend and I ate here for the first and last time last night. The service was terrible. When we first arrived, we were told the soda machine wasn't working so we had to settle for unsweetened tea & lemonade. Our original waitress, Sandy, was super friendly and very nice about the situation though as she took our drink and appetizer orders.
