Came for the 1st time tonight! We were seated quickly and our service was fast and friendly. Our waitress couldn’t have been nicer. Food was excellent! My husband enjoyed the cod while I feasted on the salmon. The kids meals were great also and even came with Ice cream! Will definitely be back if are in the area again.

Absolutely horrible customer service! When we walked in the hostess (who was an older women) didn’t even greet us, another woman that worked there got into an argument with the hostess and said clearly“ I’m going to kill myself” as she stomped away. Then when we were finally seated we ordered drinks and were told the special was for the bar only. We visit Lititz frequently and always try to stop in Scooter's for dinner when in town. The meals are consistently good and we've never had bad service. We usually get an appetizer to share and the spinach and artichoke dip is always on the top of the list. Burgers are huge and tasty. Filet Mignon is great and cooked to perfection.
