Premium 16% butter fat based ice cream, fresh made slow-churned daily is what we do. We were awarded 7 stars for excellence by ABC TV's Pam's Picks Restaurant Review. Our prices ($4.25 for a very large cone) are less than Marble Slab and Cold Stone Creamery and we use more cream and less air in our product. Eight years in business here in Hot Springs. Locally owned and operated.

RecommendedAmazing ice cream! I had the pistachio almond and it was unlike any I’ve ever had. Excellent flavor and sooooo creamy! And the lady waiting on me was very friendly! Highly recommended!
The ice cream was amazing! The lady working there was so friendly and hospitable!
We stopped in again this weekend as we were in Hot Springs and it wasn't as crowded as Summer time. We were able to sample a number of ice creams which only confirmed to me that ALL of Scoops ice cream is absolutely delicious! Thank you SCOOPS!!

Homemade Ice Cream at its best... I had Chocolate Suicide... yep.. to DIE for!!! You can taste all you want but you’re not going to be disappointed with whatever flavor you choose. Smooth and Creamy no matter your choice. Mark had the Blueberry Coby.... Awesome Accor omg to him... go stop by and cool off your palate... will DEF his this place up when Ice Cream is on my mind....

We come up usually every weekend and stop by here before heading back home. We have been by here the past three weekends and tried to order a shake and told all three times sorry we aren't making shakes right now. We will never be back. We will take our business else where.
Way over priced and what type of establishment doesn't except debit cards I think I'll stick to Coldstone
