Premium 16% butter fat based ice cream, fresh made slow-churned daily is what we do. We were awarded 7 stars for excellence by ABC TV's Pam's Picks Restaurant Review. Our prices ($4.25 for a very large cone) are less than Marble Slab and Cold Stone Creamery and we use more cream and less air in our product. Eight years in business here in Hot Springs. Locally owned and operated.

My daughter's 16th birthday was yesterday so we stopped by here because she had never been at Scoops before. Talking to the lady whom said she personally makes the ice cream..i just mentioned that it was my daughter's 16th birthday and we were spending the day together. I was totally surprised when she said well in that case your ice cream is free!! My daughter decided on Cotton Candy in a waffle cone covered in chocolate and nuts...she loved it!! Thank you Scoops for the great gift!!

Loved the banana ice cream paired with the chocolate dipped waffle cone! Real banana taste, no fake stuff here!!
My husband and I came in here. Told the lady behind the counter that we had been here before. She said in that case, you can taste anything that you want. I settled on cookies and cream and my husband had strawberry cheesecake. You will be hard pressed to find better ice cream.

The ice cream was good, but a little overpriced. My family went this past Saturday. Customer service was a nightmare. There was a lady with long blonde hair that started waiting on us who acted pretty snooty, like we were bothering her. Then they started getting busy, so this SUPER friendly guy came out of the back to help. She immediately snapped at him saying that if she needed help, she'd tell him. The ice cream was outstanding! The ladies behind the counter were nice and very helpful. The manager was horrible! We were in the establishment approximately 30 minutes. He belittled and berated the employees the entire time, right in front of the patrons. This was completely rude and unprofessional!!!
