House specialties include a spicy cioppino (seafood stew) and a filet mignon and lobster tail combo. The wine list is adequate, featuring domestic and imported wines.

Location, atmosphere, service we're great. The food was the freshest, highest quality, and perfectly prepared. The best is not cheap. Prices were appropriate. It's great to know that the best can actually be acquired.
This place was extremely busy when we went yesterday ( fleet week) but they managed to seat us no time. The severs seen to be the older generation which was lovely. Drinks came in no time and shortly after our starters which were gorgeous, then the main came and that was just as good. The only downfall was that there was no time space in between courses so u felt a little rushed, but it's the nicest seafood restaurant I've been to in San Francisco and definitely worth paying that extra for.
Scomas is and always has been one of our favorite restaurants, the service was excellent we were treated like royality. The grilled sword fish was once again the best. Great food, great service as always.
Love the food here always consistent. The waiter was excellent and on top of our every need. Can’t wait to return.
Visited for the first time on a friend's recommendation. Loved the food, good customer service, the view was beautiful. Turns out two more friends shared it was their favorite place on the pier also! Imagine that! Must come back on a future visit to the Bay area!!
