I took my wife in to the walk-in today to be seen and the lady at the front desk was very polite, professional, and nice and the lady that took my wife to the back was very professional and very nice. She waited for the doctor to come in and the doctor was extremely rude to her and disrespectful telling her that he didn’t understand trying to make it seem like she was lying to him as I was diagnosed with something that is contagious. If I could give it a negative ten stars, I would. I drive truck over the road and I was sick and it was on the weekend, so I went to this place. I was the first one in I don't remember the pa's name some guy. Ask me what was going on. I told him he listened to my lungs. The nurse did my blood pressure, oxygen level. He said, I think it's a virus. Your lungs sound clear and good, it's just going to have to run its course and i'm not gonna put you on any medication. I've been going to this place for the past 10 years and they have always been kind, friendly, and the provider listens to your concerns.

Came in for an urgent care appointment at 10:15, arrived at 10:00, at 10:34 I asked for a third time why 5 other people have been called before us even though we were here way before them, they told us they were all labs when though I could hear exactly why they were getting seen. Then after I sat back down, they were whispering to each other, talking poorly about me and my wife. They only stopped cause my wife said to me "do you hear them talking about us?"
