Shopping with scissortail was fantastic it was a very fast in and out process and they was professional and nice go get that car you need go shop 💙
If I could give 0 stars I would. I do not recommend this place for a vehicle. I witnessed their Finance guy Rob get very rude and hateful over the phone with my sister after she was trying to get her situation handled. He was trying to fight with her instead of just giving her the amount she needed to know. I don't even know how this lot is a dealership. Poor customer services.
We didn't end up getting a car here because they didn't have anything we wanted however I wouldnt have bought my dream car from these guys honestly. The office reeked of cigarettes, when the guy showed up he had zero customer service skills and was overall unpleseant and condescending. Man working in garage was more pleasant but still not great. Maybe it was an off day for them but it was incredibly offputting.
