I've been waiting to write this review until I was calmer and able to form words without getting too heated. I went to Scissor Hands because my sister went and had a great experience and had been recommending it non stop so I decided to check it out. I really wish I hadn't. I have been visiting scissor hands for a while now and have been seeing Gabby D. She always does an amazing job with whatever I ask. Between the cut styling sometimes and updo I always leave happy. She is able to see things for my hair that i wouldn't even think of and I am always satisfied. I go back to see her and the rest of the friendly staff!
Kelly is phenomenal! So friendly, funny, and attentive. She has a gift in that she always understands the exact color and cut you communicate to her, so I have never left disappointed!

Jayne is amazing! After leaving another salon after a long time, it was so refreshing to sit with Jayne talk about my hair, she really listened. She gave her advice on what would work and look great and she delivered. My grandma and I will be her new regulars for sure.
