nice place but the girl that is in charge is nice till you get in then she will not return your calls and if she does she is very short with you. asked about moving out early because of my job and she said that i must pay 2 months rent and she would ruin my credit. and was very hatefull. so beware of this place.

Just moved in and so far I love it. The rules seem a little strick but the apartment is one of the nicest in chillicothe. Located right behind the bargin movie theater which has mininature golf and a also a flea market on saturdays. The neighbor hood seems to have real nice people, and the staff is great. As of today I would recomend it to almost anyone.
THERE SHOULD BE NEGOTIVE STARS AT THE TOP... I lived there for 4 months and had to break my lease because I was moving out of state. At the beginning you are deceived so ask very specific questions to make sure that the "deposit of \$87.50 that is determind by you credit is actually a deposit." The lady in the office working this place as NO EXCUSE to answer phones, be gone out of the building all the time, treat the tenants like were not important, or not give you enough and correct information when you walk in. The apartments are beautiful! very spacious, and a great location!! The rules are a tad bit to strick, but if the rules were not strick then they would prolly b like some of the other apartments around here!! Trashy! Datha, the management is just doing her job, i went to her and told her my situation, and yes you have 2 pay 2 months but, she was not mean by no means!! The lady was very short with me.Then she says yes we have government discountsbut the application goes on the credit of anyperson 18 or older in the household..and you have to pay the fees for the backgound checks qhich is 35 NON REFUDABLE eeach...Well i wouldnt need the governments help if i had amazing creditbecause i could buy a home with a lower payment!!Its a nice place if yuo can get it.. but FYI if you have good credit try to buy not sc... read more
