I have been using the service department at Clovis Toyota 15+ years. They have always been very fair to me. Jason Davis has been my service advisor for 6-8 years or more. When I bought my new Toyota at Clovis Toyota 3 years ago, it was because of the service I have received from Jason over the years. When I purchase or lease a new Toyota, it will again be because of Jason, and the quality of all my Toyota’s.

All the employees at Toyota of Clovis were friendly and knowledgeable. My situation was a bit different because I was after the RAV4 Prime and there is a VERY limited stock in California and most Toyota dealerships were marking up the vehicle up to $10k over MSRP. Toyota of Clovis charged $0 mark up and called me immediately once they had an availability on the car.

I just had a service done, engine and transmission oil change, I went on vacation three days later, pulling a trailer , first uphill climb the engine started running warmer than normal, this morning I checked the coolant and it was very low , the overflow reservoir was empty and the radiator took almost a gallon to fill,I thought that a safety check was always done. This.could have been a very bad event , I am not very happy about it ,If I can’t have confidence when I leave your shop why go to your shop. Arland Gill.
