It's not like my mom hadn't been there before. I was expecting Toyota of Clovis to ask her for a blood sample just to get the car back. I was very displeased on how they conducted themselves. Thank hod my husband knows how to work on cars because I will never go back to Toyota if Clovis ever again. Either will my mom. They treated her like a criminal. Took my rav4 in for a diagnostic because it would not pass smog. They kept my truck for a month, did not diagnose it, never kept in touch with me, and then said they could not find the problem and could no longer help. The manager is not very professional and i guess their master mechanic is not very useful. Some of the staff were pleasant.

Could not have went any smoother. Went in yesterday to assist my daughter finding her first new car. Our salesman (Brian D.) did a fantastic job from beginning to our leaving the lot with a new car.
