An amazing group of people. I mainly communicated with Courtney V via email and phone and she and the entire technical service team were amazing in answering all my questions about a centrifuge rotor prior to purchase. I work at a small community college with a very tiny budget and the rotor has enhanced our efficiency in serving biology lab students ten-fold. Sincere thanks for the great item, help, and service!
