This places is great! Since the moment I got my car they have been helpful! I got my oil changed today and forgot my phone in the car and they brought it all the way to my work;))))) thank you service department
I drove to Lincoln from Chicago and an hour into the trip my outside rear view mirror fell off (lucky for me I caught it before it fell). I got right in, everyone was super fast, efficient and friendly. Unfortunately, they didn't have a new one, but glued it on and even washed my car for free! Best service ever! It's been a couple weeks now and the mirror is still intact. I may have to buy my next VW in Lincoln!
Always great service!! I have been driving jetta's for 12 years now and have always been impressed with the service maintenance included w my lease. So sad to hear this has hone away as of 2016. I would think u would want to maintain a car u r eventually going to get back!!? Maybe my lease payment next time can be smaller considering I will have to pay directly for maintenance ? Guess we will see next year ;)
Took my 2013 Jetta TDI in Monday for the 40,000 mile service.Great service as always. Great people at the service counter! I don't visit there often, but when I do they always know me by my name. Was gladly given a nice loaner for a couple of hours and my car was returned to me spotless! Even got a follow up call the next day to make sure I was happy with the service I received! I'll be back for the 50,000 mile service. A+++ :)
Went in to buy parts for my 2001 jetta tdi. They had all the parts in stock. Very friendly staff. Great customer service
Aside from loving my car, the familiar faces are the best! I can buy a Volkswagen almost anywhere but I return to Schworer because of the people! Thank you Rudy for always being so awesome!
I've never been ripped off so bad in my life. Their hourly labor rate is 113.90 and they charge it for everything to include something as simple as balancing and rotating tires. They even charged me half an hr labor to program a stupid key. Will never return to this place ever. On top of their astronomical prices, I question their technical competence. My key fob wouldn't lock any of my doors yet they claimed it was just a door latch. Price to replace said latch? Over 500 bucks! Drive to Omaha for your service VW owners
I purchased a used GTI and had a great experience! I got a great deal and everyone was very pleasant to work with. Schworer VW will definitely be the first place I look the next time I buy a vehicle.
