when I worked for them 12 years and I needed service it took them forever to get my car in even if I had an appointment. They also have fun at the expense of customers. so who you see when doing business may be a totally different person when talking about you after your sale. I will say if you are determined to buy a VW here, pick Dustin Hoffman as your sales consultant. He's knowledgeable and goes the extra mile for what you need. Thieves and liars. Be sure to bring a magnifying glass when signing a lease contract because the finance guy will lie his a** off to sell a car.
RecommendedEveryone was friendly and helpful during our time there. Dustin was able to get the paperwork done quickly once we decided to purchase a vehicle. Also we did this with a 1 1/2 year old running around :)

Schworer has been great to my wife and I. We bought a new jetta from them about two years ago. We got a fair price and the salesmen where not pushy. Their service department has been awesome. Their prices are reasonable, they stand by their work, and they always clean your car. A+ service.
Traveling from Illinois, I was able to get right in and get my oil changed, Tracy was very pleasant and accommodating, Quick service, and Tracy himself washed and vacuumed my car.
I had a terrible experience. I called and spoke with a salesman named Justin. I asked very specific questions: Does the vehicle have any issues? No Do you have any finance sources that will finance $4000? yes! I drove an hour to Lincoln from Omaha to find everything the salesman agreed to was false. I feel we was baited just to get in the door where I was pushed to purchase a $8700 car and then was told they needed money down because their cars are sold over Market value.
