Kevan and his assistants were quick and very professional during this visit; just as they have in the past.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The communication is horrendous. They routinely mess up prescriptions. They have a ridiculous system when you need to call to fix an issue like this as well. First you call an ai assistant and you tell that you want to speak with a human that then directs you to a call center that you have to wait on hold for 30 mins or more even when it says the estimate is 3 minutes. I too have problems getting to see a Doctor always being told no. As I sit there waiting to see the non doctor I hear other people coming in for an appointment's finding out it's not with a doctor and canceling. I mean if the service was good he could overlook things. I had stitches taken out the lady goes to leave the room. I was like, should I keep it wrapped up? do I put cream on it? she was oh yeah of course for a couple days, Not a word of a lie she goes in the drawer gets the stuff out and gives it to me.
