I’m really disappointed by my visit with Dr. Gabros. I waited 30 min for a 7 min appointment and felt rushed. I was also told I need to make another appointment to discuss other items. The solution was also very standard and lacked any real heartfelt care.
I was promised a refund over two weeks ago due to a mis-diagnosis. I never received the refund and their answer is that it can take over one month to mail a refund check.
The entire experience was wonderful. The staff and doctors were efficient and took the tike to fully explain what was going to be done.
