Had surgery and it went as well as I might have wanted. Professional service and timing.
Dr Gutmark is absolutely amazing. However the staff including who answers the phone and whoever identifies as the “office manager” are absolutely awful. I cant tell you their names because they would not tell me them. They constantly interrupt you and don’t listen to your concerns leading to incredible frustration. They seem to only want to hear themselves speak AT you. It made me feel as though I was the one being paid to listen. These types of people should never be in healthcare. The staff at this clinic, with the exception of the receptionist, Claudia, have always been courteous, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, my experiences when speaking with Claudia have been frustrating. During phone conversations, I have felt rushed and interrupted before I could fully explain my concerns.
