I went in for a simple trim and had a very unpleasant experience. The receptionist is not a happy camper,the price she told me for the trim was different than what I was told on the phone and much higher than what was advertised on the website. The “stylist” was this older lady who can’t speak a word of English and she asked receptionist to translate what I was looking for which was a simple trim on the ends and nothing else., I even showed her photos.
