I had the best experience ever at this hospital - I went in on June 11th with a long sliver deeply embedded next to my left knee. I did not have to wait to be seen and the first person who came in was Danielle - she was efficient, funny and eased my fear. Then PA Laura Conners came in to remove the splinter which had to be cutout. She numbed the heck out of the site which took away all the pain and eased my fear - this lady is very funny but serious about her worked and she even enjoyed removing the splinter - 5 stitches lat... read more
Could not have asked for better care. The nurses and PA were friendly, caring, professional, and thorough. They even made sure to provide me with all the information I needed for follow up care.
Wasnt to bad..didnt have to wait a veey long time but im not sure they checked my lil man out thoroughly after his car accident yesterday. We will be back soon if his pain continues! Overall we were treated kindly and given respect so this place is better than some others that i have been to!
A maze within a maze.....Got lost finding the elevator twice but all the folks were so nice.
I want to Thank the Staff at Schuyler Yesterday for an outstanding job.I walked into E.R. was checked in,seen by my nurse,the doctor,respiratory specialist,lab results done and again by the doctor for scripts and after care within 30 minutes!
They only didn't get a 5 because I didn't get a massage with my visit.
Worst hospital i have been to the P.A.'s are under trained and dont spend much time with you. They dont listen to what u have to say. And they rush through seeing you and half the time your misdiagnosed and spent 4 plus hours there for nothing. The doctor told me they were sending in medicine for my 1 yr old son and never did i called and they want him to come back and be seen again!!! This place is a poor used bandaid station your best bet is drive the extra distance for care you deserve.
