The Pain Clinic is terrible. This office is incompetent. They can not even fill out paperwork properly for people to be able to get their meds approved by Workers Comp. After months of receiving no meds and no help from Schuyler Pain Clinic I went to Big Flats pain clinic and got 2 shots in my lower back which did absolutely nothing for me. I would like folks to know that if you do not have insurance and you plan to pay cash the clinic associated with the hospital will give you one price at the time of service. They will then bill you hundreds more two weeks out. They will come after you and they will send a summons to your home otherwise known as a judgement against your credit. Do not accept service at this clinic when paying cash bc you won’t know what they will actually decide to charge you. I am now paying $423 for a shot bc I stepped on a rusty nail. Good... read more

My current experience was in the Swing Bed status for rehab with physical therapy as I had a left total knee replacement at Cayuga with Dr. Blake. I chose to start my physical therapy one week after surgery ... My insurance would pay for Skilled rehab therapy but not for Acute rehab so This program was perfect .. I worked with PT & OT every day for one week & it really helped kick start my recovery. We are very lucky to have this program at Schuyler Hospital.
My family has utilized the services of the Emergency Dept and out patient lab. Each time the care has been excellent, timely and the diagnosis accurate. It is nice to be able to seek emergency room services and not have to wait 2-4-6-8 hrs just to get seen. Thank you!
