Our recent visit was one of the most frustrating and disheartening medical experiences I’ve ever had. I explained to the staff that someone from their office had sent me the wrong dosing sheet for my son’s medication — which caused me to give him more than he needed and led to an ER visit. I have been here for about 10 years maybe with my thyroid and now getting diagnosed with type1D this past year. Dr Jelley has been amazing and his staff is too. The only problem is the phone girl named Margo. I was calling because my insulin is always on back order everytime I go and get it. This one has been on back order for a week and a half almost 2, i called hoping to figure something out.
