The receptionists are very disrespectful, completely unprofessional, and even racist. I was literally speaking in English to the dietitian's receptionist. She didn't even look at me; she just said, "I don't speak Spanish," and pointed me toward the other receptionist, who spoke to me in an annoyed tone. I am very disappointed.
A few years ago I was able to speak to a therapist here , Annlyn Armstrong, and it was a very positive experience. Since moving , it’s been a struggle finding another therapist and a few months long waitlist where I am. I definitely recommend her if anyone needs help.
