They are bigoted and incompetent. They refused to even look at my mother whilst doing her taxes. Although she told them, that she was carrying me on her taxes and that I was on Obamacare, they ignored her. They also seemed to dislike the income that my retired mother brings in. IRS contacted her and Mom had to have her taxes amended, no thanks to them. Mom contacted them for help, they continued to be rude and indifferent. I've been going here for 5-6 years. Called in today to ask a question. The accountant I spoke with was incredibly rude and told me just to go to H&R Block
