I lived in Schroeder Square, and this place is quiet and good. Above all, the manager is the best. She always helps me and tries to make a better place to live. This is a great place to commute to UW-madison by car at an affordable price.

I was looking to get used to apartment living, as I was downsizing after many years in a house. A relative lived at Schroeder Square for years so I was already familiar with it. I moved here when a 1-bedroom ranch was available. Good facilities, great management from Emilie, and responsive maintenance staff. I used the parking garage but there is ample parking in the lot. I only left because I realized I would be better off with a little more space and a second bedroom.
