I have lived at Schroeder Square the past four years and truly enjoyed my time here. Two years were spent in a studio and two years in a one-bed loft. It is a quiet community where residents are respective of one another. Management is very accommodating and responsive. In my four years I never had to make an emergency maintenance call. I have to move for personal reasons but definitely see myself returning in the future.

No wonder you don't have 5.0 for your reviews. Maybe you can put the address on your sign. I lived in Schroeder Square, and this place is quiet and good. Above all, the manager is the best. She always helps me and tries to make a better place to live. This is a great place to commute to UW-madison by car at an affordable price.
