I love the fact that they work WITH me to keep me in top shape and SUPPORT my goals for my sport of choice (ultra running)rather then trying to change my athletic goals. They are great about helping me find holistic alternatives before more invasive practices to work out any issues I am having. I truly believe they are a big part of my being able to stay injury free!!! I highly recommend them to both athlete and non athletes!!
